How It HappenedLebanon Valley outscored Arcadia 6-2 in the second half en route to a 15-8 win over the Knights on Saturday afternoon. The win is the Dutchmen's fifth-straight, and fourth consecutive victory in MAC Commonwealth action. LVC now sits at 8-4, 4-0 MAC Commonwealth, while Arcadia slipped to 4-8, 0-4 MAC Commonwealth.
The Dutchmen began the game on fire, scoring three goals in the first two minutes before adding four more in the next 10 minutes to take a 7-0 lead at 18:48 of the first half. Three of the six were scored by
Sam Boyce, who finished with four on the day. Arcadia got two back to come to within four at 7-2 with 12:19 remaining, but
Tori Kuntz scored her second of the game a minute later to make it a 8-2 contest.
The Knights did not go quietly in the first, scoring three in a row to make it 8-5 with just over four minutes left.
Alyse Bingham added a goal with 55 seconds, but Adeline Bellesheim scored in the closing seconds of the first and Arcadia was down by just three goals at 9-6 at the halftime break.
It was the Knights who struck first in the second half off a goal by Erin Misner to make it 9-7, however
Brenna O'Neill found the back of the net followed by two consecutive goals from Kuntz to push the lead to five at 12-7. Boyce added another late, as did
Emily Moatz who notched two goals in the final 1:39 as LVC went on to cruise at the end to a 15-8 victory.
Inside the Numbers - Kuntz and Boyce each finished with four goals, while Moatz and Bingham added two apiece.

Emma Jones finished with a game-high three assists, while Bingham added two.
- Jones,
Katie Bialas, and Brook Stoltzfus each picked up three ground balls, while Jones, Stoltzfus, and Moatz caused three turnovers apiece.
- Jones won a game-high six draw controls.
- As a team, LVC outshot Arcadia 32-15 and had 22 shots on goal compared to the Knights' 13. The Dutchmen forced 18 Arcadia turnovers as well.
Boyce Approaching History - With four goals today, Boyce needs just two more goals to become the second player in program history with 200 or more career goals.
