How It HappenedLebanon Valley gave a talented Franklin & Marshall squad a run for its money in a 10-6 loss in Lancaster, Pa. on Wednesday afternoon.
Trailing 9-4 entering the fourth quarter, the Flying Dutchmen (3-2) scored back-to-back goals to cut the deficit to three with just over five minutes remaining.
Brett Kudlak netted his second of the game off an assist from
Max Warmingham at the 9:07 mark before
Koty Keefer found the mark with 5:12 left to play.
F&M (5-2) kept LVC at bay the rest of the way and put a cap on the scoring when Mike Wasik found the net off a find from Michael Bossidy with 44 seconds left.
The Diplomats got on the board first before

Klayton Garman's assist at the 9:08 mark of the opening period. F&M netted two straight and Garman found the mark when he finished his attempt following a
Chris Bergeron look late in the quarter.
F&M opened the second with three straight goals but
Baker Landon cut the deficit to three with a score off a Mercer assist before the Dips took a 7-3 advantage into halftime thanks to a marker with four ticks left in the period.
Mike Wasik completed the hat trick for F&M in the third with a pair of goals, while Kudlak scored his first of the afternoon at the 14:18 mark.
