Game 1
Lebanon Valley managed just one hit in the team's 8-0 loss at Susquehanna in game one of a non-conference doubleheader on Wednesday afternoon.

Despite their offensive struggles, the Flying Dutchmen (6-19) defense and a great start by pitcher Haley Neff had LVC neck-and-neck with Susquehanna (17-5) through four innings of play. Angela Harris gunned out Leigh Ann Greenwald attempting to score from second base to end the first inning, keeping things scoreless in the early going.

Neff sat the Crusaders down 1-2-3 in the bottom of the third and got three more quick outs in the fourth but the home team used six hits, including three doubles, and one Dutchmen error to score five runs in the fifth.

Back-to-back doubles in the sixth inning allowed Susquehanna to push a pair of runs across in the sixth before the game-winner plated from third base after a stolen base and errant throw.

Game 2
Susquehanna scored early and often enough to keep Lebanon Valley from mounting a threat in the Crusaders' 8-1 win in game two of a non-conference doubleheader on Wednesday afternoon.

A first inning single plated one for Susquehanna (18-5) while Leigh Ann Greenwald's RBI double drove in three in the second. The Crusaders added four more in the fourth to put the Flying Dutchmen (6-20) in a hole in the middle innings.

After being held to one hit in the opener, LVC had opportunities in the nightcap but left eight runners on base in game two, including a pair in the top of the second, third, and fifth innings. The visitors scored their lone run in the fifth when an error by Susquehanna's first baseman allowed Tessa Deardorff to cross the dish from third base.
