How It HappenedWidener held Lebanon Valley scoreless over the final three quarters to pull away with a 12-3 win in Chester.
The Dutchmen (8-5, 4-2 CC) produced three first-quarter goals, but the Pride (4-8, 3-2 CC) used a 46-15 shots advantage to score the final eight goals of the game as LVC had trouble generating offense.
Austin Minnich scored off the opening face-off and
Klayton Garman and
Mason Hoff added first-quarter goals. Lebanon Valley was held to 10 shots the remainder of the game as Widener led 12-6 on face-offs and committed only 10 turnovers.
Notables-
Matt Aldridge recorded LVC's lone assist. Garman's goal gives him a team-best 39 points this season.

Eric Wilcoxson did all he could, making a career-high 18 saves in the loss. Tyler McClary stopped nine in the win.
