How It HappenedGLENSIDE, Pa. – Lebanon Valley got down early and could not come back from a two-goal deficit, as Arcadia won the ECAC South Championship by a 2-0 score on Sunday afternoon. The Dutchmen finished their season with a 14-7 record, while the Knights ended their season at 16-6.
Arcadia found the back of the net just two minutes into the game when Jess Kelly scored her ninth of the season. Just over five minutes later, the Knights struck again when Kayla Haberbosch scored when she collected a free kick and found the back of the net for the 2-0 lead.
For the remainder of the first half and all of the second half, LVC was unable to mount a comeback en route to the 2-0 defeat.
