How It Happened
GLENSIDE, Pa. – Lebanon Valley got down early and could not come back from a two-goal deficit, as Arcadia won the ECAC South Championship by a 2-0 score on Sunday afternoon. The Dutchmen finished their season with a 14-7 record, while the Knights ended their season at 16-6.

Arcadia found the back of the net just two minutes into the game when Jess Kelly scored her ninth of the season. Just over five minutes later, the Knights struck again when Kayla Haberbosch scored when she collected a free kick and found the back of the net for the 2-0 lead.

For the remainder of the first half and all of the second half, LVC was unable to mount a comeback en route to the 2-0 defeat.

What They're Saying
"Overall this was a great season for us as we have overhauled our style, philosophy, mentality, etc., so I really cannot be any happier with our performance and getting into the ECAC Final," said first-year head coach Todd Hoffard. "It is always difficult to lose, but realistically, this group has come so far in the past months and all of the credit goes to them for buying into our new way!" "The future is really bright for this program and now we will start building for next year!"
