How It Happened
Messiah (10-7, 3-6 CC) got revenge for LVC's early-season win in Grantham with an 81-67 win, using red-hot outside shooting (12-of-21) while holding LVC to 34.5 percent shooting overall.

Messiah led 37-31 at the half and had a few second-half runs - most significantly a 10-3 spurt to build the lead to double-digits - to secure the win. Zac Hoy had 24 points and seven assists to lead all scorers, and Luke Cable added 20.

LVC had some late momentum to cut the lead to nine, but a 5-0 run with Josh Clippinger's three and a Hoy layup all but finished it in the final minutes despite late three-pointers by Travis Conrad and Kevin Agnew.
