GRANTHAM, Pa. - Two quick second-half goals by #11 Messiah spoiled a superb defensive effort by Lebanon Valley in a 2-1 setback on Saturday.
The Dutchmen (8-7, 4-1 CC) lost for the first time in Commonwealth Conference play despite holding a 1-0 lead for more than a half hour after

Chloe Baro's career-high 18 saves kept the Valley in the game.

Melissa Brosious' injection at 2:44. The Dutchmen held the line until halftime, fending off 19 first-half shots and six corners by the hosts.
The dam finally broke in the 41st minute when Moriah Pfautz redirected Rachel Cox's pass to level the game at 1-1, and Brooke Sands took the lead less than two minutes later from Pfautz.
Messiah held a 31-5 shots advantage and led 9-1 on corners. Brumbach recorded a defensive save to go with her goal, while
