ANNVILLE, Pa. – Lebanon Valley was handed its first conference loss in a 2-1 bruiser with Albright Saturday afternoon. The Dutchmen got a second-half goal from
Andrew Cooper but couldn't fully swing momentum after falling behind in the first half.
Cooper's goal – his third of the season – came in the 62
nd minute unassisted.
Octavio Romero took a team-high four shots, followed by Cooper,
Kelly Hess, and
Cam Alexander, who each took three shots in the match. LVC outshot Albright 23-9 and held a 5-3 advantage in corner kicks.
James Clements earned his second loss of the season in goal with three saves.
The Dutchmen return to action at home against Stevenson Wednesday at 4 p.m.
