ANNVILLE, Pa. - #14 Messiah was too much for Lebanon Valley on Thursday, using their quick-strike offense and some tough transition defense to run out to a 10-0 halftime lead on the way to a 19-1 win at Arnold Field.

The Dutchmen (7-6, 6-4 MAC) had their scoring chances in the first half, but Messiah (13-1, 10-0 MAC) goalie Taylor Phillips came up seven saves, six in the first half.

The Falcons received hat tricks from Lizzy Keeney, Rachel Coyle, Meghan Doolittle, and Kara Geiman. Messiah led 27-9 on shots and 15-7 on draw controls while holding LVC to just 5-of-16 on clears.

LVC will face another tough game on Tuesday, visiting #17 Elizabethtown.
