Chloe Moser Earns Second Consecutive IWLCA All-Region Selection

NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – Lebanon Valley sophomore defender Chloe Moser was announced as a Second Team All-Metro Region honoree by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) in a release by the organization on Friday afternoon. It is the second consecutive year she has earned Second Team honors.
 
Moser had another excellent season for the Dutchmen as she won 93 draw controls, caused 32 turnovers, and picked up 52 ground balls. She was 43rd in Division III with 5.47 draw controls per game, ranked second in the MAC Freedom with 1.88 caused turnovers per game and fourth in the conference with 3.06 ground balls per game. The sophomore has already accumulated 226 draw controls, 102 ground balls, and 66 caused turnovers in 36 games over her first two years at The Valley.
 
The defender picked up a season-high 11 ground balls with six draw controls and three caused turnovers in the 15-4 victory over Albright on March 18. She had a season-high 10 draw controls with four ground balls and three caused turnovers in the 16-6 victory at Elizabethtown on March 14, as well as having a season-high 10 draw controls and one ground ball in the 22-3 victory at Gwynedd Mercy on March 21. Moser caused a season-high five turnovers, won six draw controls, and had three ground balls in the 17-6 victory over Arcadia on April 22.

She becomes LVC's 20th All-Region selection in program history and the sixth to earn All-Region honors in back-to-back years. A total of 256 student-athletes were honored on this year's eight All-Region teams. Moser is now eligible to be named to the All-America Team which will be announced on May 22.
