SCANTON, Pa. - Lebanon Valley ran into a motivated Scranton team on Saturday night and had trouble mounting offense on the road, falling to Scranton, 1-0.

Emily MacPhee tapped in a goal from 10-yards out off a corner kick from Sydney Parker in the 15th minute for the game's only score.

With the loss, LVC is now 2-2-1. Scranton improves to 4-1.

LVC was outshot 19-2 on the night, mounting only one shot in each half of play. Sami Young was busy in net, making seven saves in the loss.

LVC is back on the field Sept. 15 at Wilkes at 4 p.m.
