PURCHASE, N.Y. - William Brown's first collegiate goal in the second period tied Lebanon Valley's game with Manhattanville at 2-2, but the Valiants stormed back with seven unanswered goals for a 9-2 in LVC's first ECAC West game of the season.

Manhattanville got two goals from Mickey Lang in the first 4:51 of the game to take a 2-0 lead. The Dutchmen then scored the next two goals to even the game.

At the 9:04 mark, Matthew Becker scored for LVC, assisted by Sean Wilson and Brown.

Brown then tied the game 52 seconds into the second period with a power play goal. Wilson and Nicholas Schultz picked up assists on the special teams goal.

The Valiants scored four goals in the second period to take a commanding 6- 2 lead into the second intermission. In the third, they added three more goals.

Rich Drazin made 43 saves in goal for LVC. Matthew Turner relieved Drazin midway through the third period and made 15 saves.
