ANNVILLE, Pa. -#8 Lebanon Valley College dashed out to a 7-0 halftime lead as it rolled by an overmatched Albright College team, 9-0, in Commonwealth Conference play on Tuesday.

The Dutchmen (11-2, 2-1 CC) were led by a hat trick from freshman Jocelyn Novak , the third of her young career. Danielle Blase added a pair of goals.

Novak put LVC up 2-0 within the first five minutes with a pair of goals, both assisted by Alex Wolfe. Blase then added her two, and Sarah Bevans made it 5-0 at 19:25.

Lauren Seidenstricker and Rachel Pantalone tallied to close out the first half.

Novak finished her hat trick to open the second half, picking a rebound off the goalkeeper's pads and scoring 19 seconds into the half, and Allison Bicher finished the scoring the same way two minutes later.

Caitlin Baro and Christine Poletti split halves in goal, with Baro needing to make one save and Poletti stopping four. Kaitlyn Johnstone made nine saves for Albright.

LVC heads to Haverford College on Thursday.
