Tola Oyinkolade was named the MAC Women's Indoor Track and Field Field Athlete of the Week after she posted two of the best jumps in the conference this weekend at the Dutchmen Invitational. She recorded a career-best mark of 5.31 meters (17'5.25") in the long jump, which is second in the MAC, 17th in the AARTFC, eighth in the Mid-Atlantic Region, and 40th in the nation. She also recorded a career-best mark in the triple jump with a mark of 10.60 meters (34'9.5"). That mark is the best in the conference and second in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Oyinkolade also ran the 55 meters, where her finals career-best time of 7.90 seconds just missed qualifying for the MAC Championships in the 60 meters, and her converted time of 8.51 seconds is 23rd in the conference.
