Val Malizzia went 3-0 for LVC in the circle last week, pitching a perfect game against Lycoming and tying a career-high with 14 strikeouts against Albright. Against Lyco, the sophomore retired all 15 batters she faced in the five-inning, 11-0 win. At Albright, Malizzia allowed four hits while fanning 14 in the 6-3 win. Against Juniata, she came in late to pick up the win in extra innings.
