Jenn Cronin won the 3,000-meter run by seventh one-hundreths of a second, shattering her own school record to lead the LVC track & field teams at the East Stroudsburg University DeSchriver Invitational on Saturday.

Cronin won the thrilling 3k at the line in 10:37.45, beating Shippensburg's Katie Frey by 0.07 of a second after a sprint to the finish. Cronin's time, an ECAC Championships qualifying mark, lowers her own program indoor mark by more than 21 seconds. The old record of 10:58.66 was set last season.
