Former Lebanon Valley standout pitcher Robert Nordall '05 joined the Flying Dutchmen Baseball team as an Assistant Coach in the spring of 2014.
"It is always nice to return to your alma mater that built your foundation as a professional and a coach," said Nordall regarding his return to LVC. "I look forward to using my experiences as a former player and high school coach to contribute to the program and grow as a professional."
Nordall joined Head Coach Jonas Fester's staff after spending the past seven years as the Head Baseball Coach at Lebanon High School where he's worked as a Biology Teacher for a decade. He began his coaching career as an assistant on the Cedars' staff before his promotion to skipper in 2008.
A four-year letter winner and two-year captain as a junior and senior, Nordall was a member of LVC's 2002 MAC Championship squad. He remains one of the most successful pitchers in Lebanon Valley history. Nordall earned 13 wins from 2002-2005; the second-highest total in program history, and his 128 career strikeouts also rank him second on LVC's all-time list.
Nordall earned his B.S. in Biology and his Secondary Education certification from LVC in 2005. He resides in Lebanon with his wife, Jennifer, and their daughter, Allie.
