Padraig Carey has been the Lebanon Valley College Men's Ice Hockey Goalie Coach since the 2018-19 season, and he became the Women's Ice Hockey team's Goalie Coach before the start of the 2024-25 campaign. Since 2013, Carey has served as the Central PA Director for the Goalie Academy, and since 2015, he's spearheaded the GA goalie training with the Hershey JR Bears. Carey also coaches the goalies at the prestigious Hershey Quebec Pee Wee Team.
Originally from New Jersey, Carey grew up playing youth hockey in the N.Y./N.J. area. After spending time playing Junior Hockey in the States and Canada, he played four years at ACHA Division I Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP).
