Nick Guerieri ’24, M’25, became a Strength and Conditioning Assistant Coach at Lebanon Valley College in August 2025.
Guerieri primarily works with Lebanon Valley’s field hockey and men’s and women’s tennis teams, along with the men’s and women’s track and field throwers. He also assists with the College’s baseball and football programs, as well as with all other members of the track and field teams.
Guerieri, a former student-athlete for LVC’s men’s track and field and baseball teams, began this position with his alma mater’s Strength and Conditioning Department after two stints working on the staff. Most recently, he served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Lebanon Valley’s football, baseball, and field hockey teams from February 2025 to May 2025, while completing his graduate degree. Guerieri was also an intern for the department as an undergraduate student from September 2023 to January 2024, working with the football, baseball, men’s basketball, and men’s lacrosse teams.
Guerieri is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He also holds a certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.
As a student-athlete, Guerieri excelled during his two seasons with Lebanon Valley’s men’s track and field program. The standout thrower for LVC contributed to two titles at the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Indoor Championships (2023-24, 2024-25), and two titles at the MAC Outdoor Championships (2024, 2025). Individually, Guerieri earned Second Team All-America honors in the javelin by finishing 10th at the 2025 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships. During his career, he also garnered All-MAC Second Team accolades in the javelin twice, and U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Region honors in the javelin twice.
Additionally, Guerieri was a member of LVC’s baseball team for three seasons. The pitcher won the 2022 and 2023 MAC Commonwealth titles with the Dutchmen.
Guerieri graduated from Lebanon Valley with a bachelor’s in Exercise Science in May 2024. He then earned his master’s in Sport Performance from the College in August 2025.
