Miles Moore has worked with the Lebanon Valley College men's and women's track & field teams since the 2017-18 season. Moore is responsible for developing LVC’s throwers.
In his time with the program, Moore’s women’s contingency has been rewriting the LVC top 10 lists while Trent Donlan captured the shot put title at the 2019 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Outdoor Track & Field Championships. From 2023 to 2025, Moore coached three javelin throwers who earned five qualifications to the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships and four All-America honors. He worked with Michael De Falcis, who won the javelin at the 2023 and 2025 MAC Outdoor Championships and the 2023 Outdoor All-Atlantic Region Track and Field Conference (AARTFC) Championships. De Falcis qualified for the NCAA Championships twice and received Second Team All-America recognition in 2025 as well. Moore also coached Ian Paul, who garnered Second Team All-America accolades at the 2024 and 2025 NCAA Championships and won the javelin at the 2024 MAC Outdoor Championships. Additionally, Nick Guerieri became a Second Team All-American in the javelin at the 2025 NCAA Championships under Moore's tutelage.
Moore is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University, where he was a multi-sport athlete competing in both football and track & field. Before coming to LVC, he coached at Gettysburg College during the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons. Notably, he mentored Andre Hinds to the 2015 and 2016 NCAA National Championships in the discus throw.
