Michael Evangelista ’10 is currently in his second stint as an Assistant Coach for the Lebanon Valley College football team, as he returned in 2018 after previously spending five years on staff with the Dutchmen. He currently serves as a Defensive Assistant, focusing on opponent scouting and personnel. Evangelista also became the Junior Varsity (JV) Defensive Coordinator in 2026.
Upon graduating from Lebanon Valley, Coach “E” joined LVC’s staff as an Assistant Linebackers Coach and Defensive Quality Control Coach from 2010 to 2014. In this role, he coached the JV linebackers, broke down film, oversaw the scout team offense, provided support within the office, liaised with the equipment room, and began his focus on opponent scouting and personnel. Evangelista is a proud member of the 2013 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championship team.
Before becoming a part of the coaching staff, Evangelista originally joined LVC’s football program as a defensive end. Injuries as a first-year and sophomore led him to become a Student Manager and Videographer. Evangelista stepped into a Student Coach role during junior and senior seasons, as well as serving as Videographer and assisting the Video Coordinator. He graduated from Lebanon Valley in 2010 with a bachelor’s in Business Administration.
