Coaching Philosophy

In the 2024-25 campaign, Faller coached LVC's men's team to a third-place finish at the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom Championship. Brandon Staniszewski was also named to the All-MAC Freedom Second Team for his efforts. The team posted its second-best team score of the year with top-20 rounds by Fidler and Emma Dissinger.

The team posted its lowest round of the spring at the event, as Dissinger led the way by breaking her own program record for the lowest round at the championships. Dissinger received All-MAC Second Team honors. Faller also helped lead Staniszewski to log the men's team's lowest score at the MAC Commonwealth Championships.

In the 2021-22 season, Faller led the Dutchmen men to a sixth-place finish at the MAC Commonwealth Championships. Staniszewski tied for fifth place, earning All-MAC Commonwealth First Team Honors. The women placed eighth at the MAC Championships after recording the third-lowest round in program history on the final day of the Championships. Their team score of 387 was the lowest round at the MAC Championships in program history.
