Courtney Dimmig became a Strength and Conditioning Assistant Coach at Lebanon Valley in the fall of 2024.
Dimmig was previously an Assistant Coach for LVC's Women’s Basketball team during the 2023-24 season. She has coached basketball at various levels, including as a junior varsity and freshman basketball coach for North Canyon School District from October 2020 to July 2021. Dimmig was also the Assistant Junior Varsity Basketball Coach at the Milton Hershey School from November 2017 to July 2018. Additionally, she played basketball from when she was five years old until the end of high school, including two seasons of AAU basketball.
Dimmig also came to Lebanon Valley with a background in strength and conditioning. She served as a Strength and Conditioning Coach Graduate Assistant at the University of Central Missouri from August 2021 to May 2023. Dimmig worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of North Carolina Pembroke as well, from August 2018 to May 2019. Before this position, she also had strength and conditioning internships with Saint Joseph’s University from August 2016 to May 2017 and with her alma mater, Pennsylvania State University, from December 2015 to May 2016.
During her time as a Graduate Assistant at Central Missouri, Dimmig earned a master’s in Physical Education with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. She also graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s in Kinesiology. Additionally, Dimmig holds certifications with the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) and in first aid and CPR.
