Courtney Browning has been an Assistant Coach for Lebanon Valley's women's soccer team since 2023. She was promoted to a full-time Assistant Coach before the start of the 2025 season.
Browning has extensive soccer experience as both a coach and athlete. Before joining the coaching staff for the Dutchmen, she was an Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach for King’s College for two seasons. Browning coached alongside current LVC Head Coach Frank Carrozza in 2021 with King’s. Additionally, Browning served as the Head Coach of the U19 PA Classics NAL 06 Girls from 2023 to 2025.
Browning also worked with several teams as an Athletic Strength and Conditioning Intern at Kutztown University in the Spring 2020 semester, in addition to being a student-athlete. She has been a trainer for Lions Academy, Camp Hill Middle School Girls Soccer, Capital Area Soccer Association, and the Harrisburg City Islanders as well.
Browning had a successful playing career as a member of Eagle FC in the United Soccer Women’s League for one season. She also previously competed for Hershey FC in the Women’s Premier Soccer League from 2018-2021.
Browning had success competing at the college level as well, as she was a four-year member of the Division II Kutztown University women's soccer team. During her time with the Golden Bears, the program appeared in the NCAA Division II Tournament from 2016-2018. In 2016, the team won the Atlantic Region Championship and appeared in the Final Four. Browning earned the program’s Women’s Soccer Coaches Award in 2018, and she received the Division II Athletics Director Association (D2ADA) Academic Achievement Award from 2017-2019. Browning was named a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Scholar-Athlete from 2016-2019 as well.
Prior to attending Kutztown, she played at Camp Hill High School from 2012-2016. Browning was a team captain for two years, and she was named to the All-Capital Conference Team from 2014-2016. She also received the EPYSA Charlotte Moran Scholarship in 2015.
Browning graduated magna cum laude from Kutztown in 2020 with a bachelor’s in Sports Management and a minor in Fitness Administration. She was also a member of the Chi Sigma Mu Honor Society. Additionally, Browning graduated with a master’s in Health Care Administration from King’s College in 2022.
Browning holds various coaching certifications, such as a USSF “C” Coaching License, a TOVO T-1 Positional Play Certification, a TOVO T-2 Positional Play Certification, a USC 11v11 Coaching Diploma, a USC 7v7/9v9 Coaching Diploma, a USC 4v4 Diploma, and a Dan Tudor Collegiate Recruiting Certification. She has also completed an APFC Positional Play Course and a TOVO Preparation and Activation Course. Additionally, Browning holds an AED/CPR/First Aid Certification.
Browning also has officiating experience, as she has held a US Soccer Referee Grade Eight certification since 2013. She was named the Eastern Pennsylvania Youth Soccer Association Female Referee of the Year in 2016.
