Cole Lehman ’24, D’26, became a Volunteer Assistant Coach for the Lebanon Valley College men’s and women’s cross country teams before the start of the 2025 season.
Lehman joined the coaching staff for the Dutchmen after a successful career as a student-athlete, in which he was a five-year member of both LVC’s men’s cross country and track and field programs. Lehman was a two-year captain for the men's cross country team, helping lead the squad to its first Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) team title in program history in 2024. Lehman also served as a two-time captain for Lebanon Valley’s track and field program, where he scored in the steeplechase in his final collegiate race at the 2025 MAC Outdoor Championships. Additionally, he contributed to Lebanon Valley’s 2023-24 and 2024-25 MAC Indoor Track and Field Championships as well as its 2024 and 2025 MAC Outdoor Track and Field titles.
Lehman also succeeded academically, earning a spot on the MAC Academic Honor Roll in each of his five seasons with the men’s cross country team and six times with the men’s track and field program. Additionally, he was recognized for his exemplary conduct as a student-athlete, being named to the 2023-24 All-MAC Sportsmanship Team for the indoor track and field season. Lehman was also presented with the 2024-25 Chuck Maston Memorial Award, which is awarded to a male student-athlete at LVC who displays the ideals of sportsmanship, determination, and achievement.
Lehman graduated from Lebanon Valley with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 2024. He is also currently in the graduate phase of pursuing a doctorate in Physical Therapy at the College.
