Andrew Raudensky '09

Andrew Raudensky ’09 has been an Assistant Coach for the Lebanon Valley College men’s soccer team since the 2018 season. The former goalie for the Dutchmen serves as the program’s Goalkeeper Coach. 
 
Raudensky returned to his alma mater to join Head Coach Charlie Grimes and the coaching staff of the Dutchmen. While working with LVC’s goalkeepers, Raudensky leverages his extensive experience to refine their skills while integrating defensive tactics. He also ensures a comprehensive approach to both individual and team defensive performance. Raudensky’s coaching career includes significant roles as the Head Boys Soccer Coach at Manheim Township High School from 2011-2014, where he led the team to notable success and bolstered the school's reputation as a high school soccer powerhouse.
 
Following his tenure at Manheim Township, Raudensky transitioned to collegiate coaching as the First Assistant Coach with the women’s soccer team at Franklin & Marshall College from 2014-2016. His contributions were pivotal, and he stepped into the role of Interim Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Franklin & Marshall in 2017, showcasing his leadership and tactical expertise.
 
Raudensky has also accumulated experience in specialized goalkeeper training, having worked with goalies at various camps and clinics over the past 15 years. His playing career includes a standout period with Hershey FC in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) from 2014-2016 and a successful collegiate career as a goalkeeper at LVC under Grimes from 2005-2009.
 
He holds a bachelor’s in Political Science from Lebanon Valley and a master’s in Sports Management with an emphasis in Athletic Coaching from Millersville University. Additionally, he has earned his National Coaching Diploma from the United Soccer Coaches. Andrew resides in Annville, Pa., with his wife, Molly, and their two children, Leighton and Lyla.
