Alyssa Harhigh was named an Assistant Coach for Lebanon Valley’s softball team in October 2023.
During Harhigh’s first two seasons with the Dutchmen, she helped guide the program to the 2024 and 2025 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Freedom titles. Harhigh and the other members of Lebanon Valley’s coaching staff were recognized for the program’s excellent 2025 campaign with the MAC Freedom's first Staff of the Year honors. LVC has also received 12 All-MAC Freedom honors during her time with the team.
Before joining the coaching staff for the Flying Dutchmen, Harhigh was a standout shortstop for York College of Pennsylvania from the 2019 season through the 2023 campaign. During her career with the Spartans, she was a member of two teams that won the MAC Commonwealth Championship. Harhigh also garnered several individual accolades, including three All-MAC Commonwealth selections, two All-Region selections, and a Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) All-Conference selection.
Harhigh graduated from York (Pa.) with a bachelor's in Recreation and Leisure Administration, along with minors in Athletic Coaching and Applied Youth Development in 2022. She then went on to earn a master’s in Strategic Leadership and Management in 2023.
