Allyson Scerbo

Allyson Scerbo joined Lebanon Valley's women's basketball team as an Assistant Coach in August 2024. 

Scerbo came to The Valley with significant coaching and recruiting experience, including two seasons at Drew University as an Assistant Coach and Admissions Recruiter. Prior to her time in Madison, Scerbo served as the Head Coach at Phillipsburg High School. She also spent more than 12 years as a Coach and College Advisor for the United AAU program based out of Hunterdon County, N.J.

Scerbo received her associate's from William Paterson University, where she played on the nationally ranked Pioneers women's basketball team that went 51-7 during her two years. Prior to William Paterson, she played basketball, field hockey, and softball at Phillipsburg High School. Scerbo was a member of the Stateliners varsity basketball team from 2005 to 2009. As captain her senior year, she averaged 11 points per game and received honors for All-Area Second Team, All-County/Skyland Conference First Team, and All-Tournament Team of the Rotary Christmas Tournament. 
 
Scerbo began her coaching career with United AAU while she was still in college. After college, she became the Junior Varsity Head Coach and Varsity Assistant Coach at Delaware Valley High School in Frenchtown, N.J. She held that position for four years before taking the Head Coach position at her alma mater, Phillipsburg. While at Phillipsburg, she also coached junior varsity volleyball and was an Assistant Coach for the softball team.
