2019-20: Winter/Spring MAC Academic Honor Roll.
2017-18: Won the 1,000-m run at Diplomat Open on 12/2... Second at the Mini-Dip Invite in the 3,000-m run on 1/26... Part of the 4x800 relay team at the Susquehanna Challenge on 2/3... Won bronze medals in the 4x800 and distance medley relays at MAC Indoor Championships... All-MAC Indoor Third Team... Fifth in the mile run at ECAC Indoor Championships on 3/2... Finished fifth in the 3,000-m steeplechase at Millersville Metrics on 4/7... Won the 3,000-m steeplechase at Messiah Invite on 4/12... MAC Outdoor Championships qualifier in 5,000-m run and 3,000-m steeplechase... Winter/Spring MAC Academic Honor Roll.
High School: District medalist in 800m, 4x800m relay, 1600m, and 3200m... State qualifier in 1600m... Team MVP... All-Star Team.
