Indoor: Competed in five meets … Second leg on 4x400 relay team that finished fourth with a time of 4:19.62 at the MAC Championships … Ran a season best 200 time of 30.85 seconds and ran a season best 600 time of 1:55.03 at the Mini-Dip Invitational (1/27) … Ran a season best 400 time of 1:10.29 at the PLEX Shootout (2/11) … Leadoff leg on 4x400 relay team that won with a time of 4:31.52 at the Dutchmen Invitational (1/13)
Outdoor: Competed in two meets … Ran a season best 1500 time of 6:11.63 at the York Twilight Meet (4/5)
2021-22:
Indoor: Qualified for MAC Championships in the 4x800m and distance medley relay events... Placed third with a time of 10:04.63 in the 4x800m at the MAC Championships.
Outdoor: Posted a season-best time of 2:38.95 in the 800m event at the Widener Invitational.
2019-20: Took bronze in the 1,000m run at the Diplomat Open ... Third place finish in the mile run at the Dutchmen Invite ... Part of winning DMR team in the Susquehanna Invite ... MAC Indoor Championships qualifier in the 4,000m DMR, 800m run and 4x800m relay ... Took bronze in the 4,000m DMR for All-MAC Third Team.
