Outdoor: Competed in seven meets … Finished fourth in the hammer with a mark of 44.65 meters (146’6”) and finished 11th in the javelin with a mark of 32.43 meters (106’5”) at the MAC Championships … Won the hammer with a season best mark of 45.89 meters (150’7”) at the Mini Home Meet (3/25) … Recorded a season best javelin mark of 33.71 meters (110’7”) at the Messiah Invitational (4/15) … Won the hammer with a mark of 45.16 meters (148’2”) at the York Twilight Meet (4/5) … USTFCCCA All-Region honors in the hammer … MAC Academic Honor Roll

2021-22: 
Indoor: Won shot put in Kutztown Last Chance Qualifier... Qualified for MAC Championships in shot put and weight throw... Qualified for AARTFC Championships in weight throw.

Outdoor: Finished in second place in the hammer throw and javelin throw events at the York College Twilight Meet... Qualified for MAC Championships in shot put, hammer throw and javelin throw. 

2020-21: Sits ninth on LVC’s all-time list for hammer throw and 10th in the shot put… Qualified for MACs in the hammer throw and javelin at Messiah… Won the shot put with a MAC-qualifying mark at Messiah.

2019-20: Won the high jump at the Dutchmen Invite on 1/17 ... Placed third in the high jump at the Susquehanna Invitational on 2/15 ... MAC Indoor Championships qualifier in the shot put, high jump, and weight throw.

High School/Personal: 2019 District 10 Track & Field Champs... Mother, Jacqueline, was a sprinter at Slippery Rock University... Father played football in college... Biochemistry & Molecular Biology Major.
