Lyle German '15 enters his first year as an assistant coach for the Dutcmen in 2016. During his time at LVC, German was a member of the Sigma Alpha Theta Honor Society in 2013 while earing two majors: A Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. He also played one year of football for the Dutchmen.

During high school, German captained both the varsity football and lacrosse squads in 2010-11 for New Egypt High School.
