Brianne Tierney enters her fourth season as head coach of the LVC women's lacrosse team in 2012-13, after earning Commonwealth Conference Coach of the Year honors in 2012 as the Dutchmen made their second postseason appearance in three years of existence.

The Dutchmen won their first game, and went on to win four of their first five. Year two was even better as LVC put together an 8-7 regular-season record to finish fourth in the MAC and make the six-team playoff field for the first time ever behind a high-scoring offense.
The third season showed that LVC could play with anyone as the Dutchmen qualified for the Commonwealth Conference and ECAC tournaments with a 9-8 record behind CC player of the year and national points leader Hana Krechel.
In three seasons, Tierney is 23-24 with Lebanon Valley.
