Biography

2008-09 (indoor):  Team captain ... Was the team's top 400-meter runner, with a low of 53.46 at MAC Championships ... Ran a 24.58 200-meter dash.

2009 (outdoor): Team captain ... Ran a 51.90 400 at VMI ... Also ran a 2:03.17 in the 800 ... Had a season-best 58.50 time in the 400 hurdles at the LVC Outdoor Invitational.
