2020-21: Won gold in the 110m hurdles with the fifth-best time in Dutchmen history at the MAC Outdoor Championships… Broke the school record and won gold in the 200m at MAC Outdoor Championships… Earned silver in the 100m at MAC Championships with a personal-best and fourth-best time in Dutchmen history… Part of the second and tenth-fastest 4x100 relays in school history… Finished fourth in the 4x400 relay with a team of Sheffield, Reed, and Ferrizzi at MACs… Teamed with Grauer, Smith, and Reed for a MAC-qualifying time in the men’s 4x100 relay at Messiah… Finished first out of 18 runners in the 200m dash at Messiah… Garnered the seventh-fastest and both MAC and postseason qualifying time in the 110m hurdles at Widener… Won the 400m hurdles to qualify for MACs and the postseason at York College’s Twilight Meet… Won the 100m and 200m at LVC’s second home meet of the season… Teamed with Sheffield, Smith and Reed in the 4x100 relay for the ninth best time in Dutchmen history and a postseason qualifying time at DeSales' Spring Invite… Named to USTFCCCA All-Region Team… Recognized on All-MAC Team… Appeared on MAC Academic Honor Roll
