ANNVILLE, Pa. — The Lebanon Valley College Athletic Department celebrated Flying Dutchmen achievements by teams and more than 600 individual student-athletes during its annual spring awards event, The Show, on Sunday, April 26.

The major awards presented at The Show included:
Lou Sorrentino Outstanding Male Athlete Award—Nathan Prex, Soccer
Prex is a four-year member of the soccer team and is the greatest player in program history. The forward is a two-time All-American. He became the program's first All-American in history as a sophomore. The 2022 MAC Commonwealth Rookie of the Year is a two-time MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Year, three-time All-Region, and three-time All-Conference selection. He holds program career records with 124 points and 51 goals. This fall, he finished third in the nation with 21 goals and 48 points, both of which are program season records.
Outstanding Female Athlete Award—Anna Sawicki, Track & Field
Sawicki is a sophomore on the track & field team who finished sixth in the pentathlon this winter, earning First Team All-America honors. She is 15th in the nation in the heptathlon. Anna is a four-time MAC Champion and First Team All-MAC honoree. The 2025 MAC Indoor Rookie of the Year holds the MAC Championship record in the pentathlon and the heptathlon. She is in the school record books as a top 10- performer in 11 different events.
Honorable Judge John A. Walter Outstanding Scholar-Athlete Awards—Michael De Falcis, Track & Field; Riley Hevelow, Basketball
De Falcis is a graduate student pursuing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has a 3.871 cumulative GPA. The thrower on the track and field team earned Second Team All-America honors in the javelin last spring. He is a two-time NCAA qualifier and is well-positioned to qualify again this year. He is a two-time MAC Champion and three-time All-Region honoree in the javelin. Michael has been named a USTFCCCA All-Academic Athlete three times in his career. On Friday, he was announced as the MAC Senior Scholar-Athlete for Outdoor Track & Field.
Hevelow is an Exercise Science major with a 3.86 cumulative GPA. The guard is a four-time All-Conference selection and was named Third Team All-Region this winter. The 2023 MAC Commonwealth Rookie of the Year has scored over 1,000 career points and was selected to play in the WBBCA Senior All-Star game this year. Riley has earned Academic All-District honors three times and has been named to the Dean's List every semester.
Chuck Maston Memorial Award—Jake Erb, Tennis
The Chuck Maston Award, the oldest continuous award given by LVC, is awarded to a male student-athlete who displays the ideals of sportsmanship, determination, and achievement.
Erb is a four-year starter and two-year captain of the men's tennis team. He has demonstrated exceptional leadership and exemplified outstanding sportsmanship by willingly sacrificing his playing time. Jake has been a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and has held a leadership position in Fellowship of Christian Athletes for three years. The Economics major has also held a part-time job at Masonic Villages Nursing Home in Elizabethtown during his college career.
Women's Sportsmanship Award—Elizabeth Morgan, Lacrosse
Morgan is a junior captain on the women's lacrosse team and serves as an event coordinator on the inaugural board of LVC's chapter of The Hidden Opponent. She is a dedicated member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and has contributed meaningfully across multiple committees. Elizabeth is a Nursing major and is a nationally certified volunteer EMT. Despite battling injuries since her first year, she has remained resilient and committed, continuing to make a significant impact whenever she is on the field, and was recognized as a MAC Freedom Honorable Mention last spring.
LVC Athletic Service Award—Sarah McComas, Women's Tennis
McComas is a three-year member of the women's tennis team with an impressive record of service that reflects her passion for and commitment to tennis as a lifelong, inclusive sport. Sarah has contributed 227 service hours during her collegiate career. She is a USTA Middle States Central Pennsylvania District Council Volunteer, a USTA Junior Team Tennis Volunteer Coach, a Hanover Borough Summer Tennis Camp Volunteer Coach, a YWCA Tennis Camp Volunteer Coach, a Delone Catholic Tennis Camp Volunteer Coach and Off-Season Development Volunteer, along with other non-tennis-related volunteer hours.
