STEVENSON, Md. – The Lebanon College women's tennis team earned their third sweep of the spring with a big 9-0 win at Stevenson University on Sunday afternoon to stay atop the conference standings.
Lebanon Valley (8-4, 3-0 MAC Commonwealth) continued their dominating play in the spring dropping just 13 games throughout the entire match. Stevenson dropped their first conference match of the year and fell to 5-10 overall and 2-1 in Middle Atlantic Conference play.
Inside the Box Score
- Jacquelyn McBride and Nicole Honrade won 8-0 at number one doubles and were the first doubles match to finish. McBride and Honrade are 7-0 this year when playing together.
- Sarah Kramer and Eliana Shenk were the next to finish with an 8-0 victory at number three doubles. The duo improved to 5-0 this year when playing together.
- Meredith Haas and Madison Poladian won 8-2 at number two doubles. They are also 5-0 this spring when playing together.
- Honrade swept through her number two singles match with a 6-0, 6-0 to improve to 6-1 on the dual season.
- McBride and Poladian won by identical 6-2, 6-0 scores. McBride played in the top flight of singles while Poladian won her second straight match at number five singles.
- Haas and Kramer both earned a 6-0, 6-2 win in their singles matches. Haas was in the number three flight while Kramer played number four singles.
- Shenk picked up a 6-3, 6-0 win at number six singles to complete the sweep.
- LVC improved to 7-1 against the Mustangs since 2011 and have now swept Stevenson three times.

The Dutchmen will be back in action on Tuesday with a 3:30 p.m. start against Albright College at the Shankroff Tennis Center.
