BETHLEHEM, Pa.  – The Lebanon Valley College volleyball team closed out its Commonwealth Conference regular season schedule with a 3-1 loss at Moravian College Tuesday evening.

Lebanon Valley (19-8, 3-4 CC) lost the first game 30-20 before tying the match with a 30-28 win in Game Two. But Moravian (16-11, 5-2 CC) captured the final two games that were just as close, as the Greyhounds scored a 30-28 win in Game Three before clinching the match with a 31-29 victory in the fourth set.

Senior Natalie Goodfellow and sophomore Margaret Prebula each posted a 20-kill night for LVC. Goodfellow delivered 21 kills to go with 18 digs to pull to within six kills of her own single-season record of 535 set in 2005. Prebula tied her career-high with 20 kills.

Freshman Whitney Meyers added 11 kills and a pair of blocks for LVC while sophomore Erin Yost handed out 51 assists.

Kelly Bauer led the Greyhounds with 18 kills while Jenna Wallace had 14 kills and four blocks (two solo). Maria DeBonis added 11 kills and 10 digs for Moravian.

Lebanon Valley plays its final home match of the regular season when it hosts the College of Notre Dame on Thursday at 7 p.m.
