ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. – The Lebanon Valley College women’s tennis team dropped a Commonwealth Conference match at Elizabethtown on Monday, falling 8-1 in a match that was rescheduled from Saturday.
Freshman Sarah Grodzinski accounted for the lone point for Lebanon Valley (6-4, 2-3 CC) with a 6-1, 6-3 victory at No. 2 singles. Grodzinski has now won her last seven singles matches and is 9-1 on the season.
Elizabethtown (8-1, 6-0 CC) completed an undefeated season in the Commonwealth Conference.
The Dutchwomen return to action on Thursday, when they visit Eastern University at 3:30 p.m. in a non-conference match.
