GETTYSBURG, Pa. - Gettysburg scored twice in a seven-minute span early in the second half, and the Bullets defeated Lebanon Valley 2-0 in a non-conference women's soccer game Wednesday evening.

Lebanon Valley fell to 0-4-0 while Gettysburg improved to 1-3-1.

Steph Smith scored following a corner kick in the 57th minute, then Steph Heath rebounded in a loose ball following a diving save from LVC goalie Jess Conrad.

Conrad finished with five saves for LVC while Gettysburg's Kristin Short needed to make only one save to come away with a shutout for the Bullets.

Gettysburg out-shot Lebanon Valley 16-1.

LVC plays the second of three straight night games on Saturday, when it travels to Christopher Newport for a non-conference tilt starting at 7 p.m.
