READING, Pa. – Lebanon Valley scored six unanswered goals to start the game and the 13th-ranked Flying Dutchmen dealt host Albright College a 7-1 defeat in Commonwealth Conference field hockey action Thursday afternoon.

Lebanon Valley improved to 10-3 and 2-1 in the Commonwealth while Albright fell to 5-5 and 0-3 in conference play.

LVC received a balanced scoring effort, with sophomore Mimi Sullivan, sophomore Shauna Enck, and junior Steph Marguglio scoring two goals apiece and sophomore Alyssa Stine adding one goal.

Lebanon Valley out-shot Albright 27-11.

Junior Katie Pawlewicz made four saves in goal for LVC to pick up her 10th win of the season.

LVC returns to action on Saturday, when it hosts Susquehanna University during Homecoming in another Commonwealth match starting at 11 a.m.
