CHESTER, Pa. – Senior Katie Altemose (Gettysburg, Pa./Gettysburg) scored the game-winning goal in the 86th minute and senior Jess Conrad (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Cumberland Valley) posted her third shutout of the season as Lebanon Valley blanked Widener University 1-0 in a Commonwealth Conference match on Saturday afternoon.

Lebanon Valley moved to 5-1-1 and 2-0-0 in the Commonwealth while Widener fell to 3-5-0 and 1-1-0 in conference play.

Altemose's goal was her third of the season and the 31st of her career, as she tied teammate Kim McDonald (Lancaster, Pa./McCaskey) for the school's career goals record.

Conrad stopped a season-high 10 shots for the Valley while improving to 5-1-1 on the season. Kelli Quinn made eight saves for Widener.

Lebanon Valley and Widener each took 13 shots for the game.

The Flying Dutchmen pick up their schedule on Tuesday when they visit Franklin & Marshall College at 4 p.m. in a non-conference match.
