Aonghas Evanick was named the MAC Indoor Track & Field Field Athlete of the Week after he finished eighth in the men's weight throw at the AARTFC Championships to score one point with a career-best toss of 17.16 meters (56'3.75") on his second of six attempts. His throw is second in program history. Evanick had three throws over 17 meters during the meet. His throw is the second-best in the MAC and Mid-Atlantic Region this season.
