Rory Lieberman earned his second MAC Indoor Track and Field Track Athlete of the Week award of the year after he won the 5,000 meters at the Penn State National Open in a field of mostly Division I runners with a school record time of 14:43.09. Lieberman won by three seconds and led for the final six laps. His time is 23rd in Division III, fourth in the Mid-Atlantic Region, sixth in AARTFC, and is the fastest in the MAC this season. He broke the previous school record by four seconds.
