Biography

2008-09 (indoor): Ran sprints... Ran a top 400 time of 54.52 ... Also ran the 55 in a top time of 7.10.

2009 (outdoor): Ran the 400 individually and competed on the 4x100 and 4x400 relays ... Ran a season-best 52.62 in the 400 at MAC Championships ... Part of the 4x100 relay that qualified for ECACs and ran 43.72.
