Military Appreciation Night
LVC vs. Stevenson / Friday, Dec. 2 / 7 p.m. / Hersheypark Arena
On Friday night, Dec. 2, Lebanon Valley's men's ice hockey team will host its seventh annual Military Appreciation Night when the Flying Dutchmen play host to Stevenson at Hersheypark Arena.
As the program has done in years past, LVC will be auctioning off special jerseys that each player will wear for the special contest. A $500 donation to the cause will also allow fans to customize the same type of jerseys the Dutchmen will wear on Military Appreciation Night. These custom jerseys are available for purchase via order form at the link below.

The game-day jersey auction will begin accepting bids online at GoDutchmen.com in November and will remain open until Thursday, Dec. 1, at 4 p.m. Bids will also be accepted in-person at the Bears Den inside Hersheypark Arena Military Appreciation Night until the start of the third period.
Admission to the game is free, but donations towards the veterans' charities Keystone Wounded Warriors and LEEK Hunting and Mountain Preserve are appreciated. Limited edition Lebanon Valley College Military Appreciation Night t-shirts will also be available for purchase on campus and will continue to be on sale until the end of the game on Dec. 2. Proceeds from the jersey auction, the jersey donations, and the t-shirt sale will be donated to the Keystone Wounded Warriors and the LEEK Hunting and Mountain Preserve, all of which are dedicated to aiding veterans and their families in the state of Pennsylvania. LVC has raised nearly $90,000 since the school's first Military Appreciation Night held seven years ago.
"We would like to invite everyone to come help the program support our military. On Dec. 2, we're hosting our seventh annual Military Appreciation Night contest. As is tradition, we'll wear custom-designed military jerseys and honor our military and veterans during the game. All proceeds we receive before and during the game will be donated to the LEEK and Keystone Wounded Warrior foundations." - LVC junior center Russ Armbruster
