Week 4 National Rankings
INDIANAPOLIS - Lebanon Valley College running back
Ben Guiles leads the nation in touchdowns and scoring in the latest national statistics report released by the NCAA after Week 4.
Guiles' 10 touchdowns and 60 points are both tied for the national lead with Colin Tobin of St. Thomas (Minn.). Guiles has nine rushing touchdowns and another receiving in four games this season. Guiles was also ranked 63rd in rushing yards per game (93.3).
Colt Zarilla also appeared in the rankings at 26th in passing efficiency at 161.5,
Sean Fakete is tied for 37th in field goals (4 made), and
Cory Homer is 43rd in tackles for loss (1.88 per game)
In the team rankings, LVC (3-1, 1-1 MAC) ranks in the top 25 in scoring offense (25th, 38.75), kickoff returns (15th, 26.5), and passing efficiency (24th, 161.4). LVC's total offense of 455.0 yards per game also ranked 26th in Division III.
Lebanon Valley will enjoy a bye for Week 5 before getting back to work at Albright on Oct. 8.
