EWING, N.J. - Seniors Megan Long and Allix Sanders finished their LVC careers at the The College of New Jersey Last Chance Meet Thursday night, with Long running the 800-meter and Sanders the 100-meter dash.

Long ran the second-fastest 800 in program history, running 2:18.43 to finish 11th in a strong field that included several Division I runners and MAC 800-meter champion Kathryn Howser, who finished 13th. The time took more than three seconds off her personal best, and was just over a second behind the program record of 2:17.28.

In the 100, Sanders ran a 13.30 in prelims, then ran 13.17 to place fifth in finals, just off her career-best of 13.11. The 100 field was also very strong, including Temple's Christiana Taylor and three runners from #7 TCNJ.
