YORK, Pa. - With a last chance to qualify for MAC Championship, three LVC throwers went to the York College Charity Open on Saturday and picked up a pair of qualifying marks.

Maurissa Laudeman and Nicole Buskirk both qualified in the hammer throw, with Laudeman throwing 89-11 and Buskirk 89-1 to beat the standard of 85 feet.

The two also threw discus, with Laudeman finishing fifth at 79-8 and Buskirk eighth at 73-0.

Bo Beall threw in the shot put, finishing eighth at 35-1.

LVC will compete in the MAC Championships next weekend at Widener University.
