LANCASTER, Pa. - For the first time this spring, the Lebanon Valley College men's lacrosse team got a chance to get outside and take on an opponent as it scrimmaged with Chestnut Hill College Saturday at Franklin & Marshall.
The Dutchmen, who begin their season on March 6 at Mount St. Mary (N.Y.), took on fellow first-year program Chestnut Hill, a scholarship NCAA Division II program from Philadelphia.
While no official score was kept, the teams played four full quarters and the Dutchmen looked sharp in their first field action, getting plenty of scoring chances and playing some tough defense.
